A Lebanese restaurant in a Boston neighborhood is shifting its focus to catering.
Universal Hub has confirmed what a source had told us earlier this month, that Fairouz in West Roxbury is shutting down the restaurant part of the business and will turn into a catering-only operation, with owner Basem Metri saying the following in the article:
As we move forward, I've made the decision to steer Fairouz in a new direction, focusing all of our resources on catering for your upcoming events. I've found immense success in this aspect of our business and developed a deep appreciation for it. We've had the privilege of serving movie sets, Boston's professional sports teams, numerous engagements and weddings, daily corporate lunches and dinners, and so much more. I truly consider our co-workers and customers as part of our extended family.
Fairouz first opened its doors in 2014.
The address for Fairouz is 5268 Washington Street, West Roxbury, MA, 02132. Its website can be found at https://www.fairouzboston.com/
