Last fall, it was reported that an award-winning suburban restaurant that focused on Israeli food would be returning, and now we have learned that it is indeed open once again.
According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, Simcha in Sharon is back up and running, with its menu offering such options as hummus, babaganouj, rabbit empanadas, lamb meatballs, shakshuka, roasted chicken, stuffed squash, and wood-fired salmon. The restaurant, which first opened in 2019, was included among Boston Magazine's best new restaurants in an article that year. The place closed down in June of 2022 but there was subsequent talk that fall that it would be reborn at some point in time.
The address for Simcha is 370 South Main Street, Sharon, MA, 02067. Its website can be found at https://www.simcharestaurant.com/
