A Mexican restaurant just off Route 128 in the southwest suburbs of Boston has shut down.
According to multiple sources, Casa Loca Mexican Cantina in Westwood is no longer in business, with a check on its website and Instagram page indicating that both have been taken down. The dining spot first opened at University Station in the fall of 2020, with the Wellesley Restaurant Group--which runs The Local in Wellesley, Wayland, and Waltham, along with West Village Tavern in West Concord--being behind the place.
The address for the now-closed Casa Loca Mexican Cantina was 174 University Avenue, Westwood, MA, 02090.
