A restaurant and wine bar in Cambridge is closing down, though the group behind it apparently has something in the works for the space.
According to an Instagram post from the place, Vincent's in Kendall Square is shutting its doors, with the note saying the following:
Sad news! After almost 4 years on the corner here, Vincent's time is up. We're locking it up for the last time on February 29th....It's been a wild ride, and we'll always be proud of this little wine bar, bistro, and brunch joint that we grew into....We've got plans for this space and we'll tell you more on that later.
Big Dipper Hospitality Group (which also runs State Park and Mamaleh's) first opened Vincent's in 2020 as Vincent's Grocery, which sold groceries, breakfast, tacos, wine, and used records, morphing into Vincent's restaurant the following year. The space had previously been home to Cafe du Pays, and before that, Hungry Mother.
The address for Vincent's is 233 Cardinal Medeiros Avenue, Cambridge, MA, 02141. Its website can be found at https://vincentscorner.com/
