A new restaurant may be on its way to the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Boston.
According to a licensing board hearing page within the city's website, Hill Kitchen is planning to open on Charles Street, with the address indicating that it would take over the old North River Outfitter Sport/Vineyard Wines space. The notice mentions that the restaurant would have seating for 47 and hopes to acquire a beer and wine license, and that the manager would be Jason Indelicato who was behind the outdoor shop. No other information has been given about the dining spot, but more should be known by later next week, as the hearing is slated for April 3.
The address for the proposed Hill Kitchen is 39 Charles Street, Boston, MA, 02114.
[November 14 update: Universal Hub reports that Hill Kitchen will be a farm-to-table restaurant and that it could have more seating than originally thought (78 at tables and 6 at the bar as opposed to the 47 mentioned above).]
