It looks like a new Italian restaurant is coming to the North End of Boston.
According to a licensing board hearing page within the city's website, Pappare Ristorante is planning to open on Hanover Street, with the address indicating that it would be taking over a space just to the left of the Paul Revere Mall. The manager for the proposed spot is Frank Pellino, who, along with his wife Karen, is behind the nearby Casarecce and also ran the now-closed Pellino's Ristorante; it looks like Pappare will include two ground-floor dining areas and a bar, along with more seating in a basement space.
