Tama to Open in the Former Oga's Space in Natick

It looks like a new Japanese restaurant may be coming to the western suburbs of Boston, replacing another Japanese spot that recently closed.

According to an article from the Natick Report, Tama is planning to open in Natick, moving into the former Oga's Japanese Cuisine space on Route 9. The article mentions that the full name for the place will apparently be Tama Sushi & Ramen, and in addition to sushi and ramen it will also focus on hibachi, and it would have seating for 110 people. If all goes well, Tama could open next spring or summer.

Oga's had been in business for 23 years, offering such options as sushi, teppanyaki, udon and soba dishes, and bento boxes, and more.

The address for the upcoming Tama Sushi & Ramen is 915 Worcester Street (Route 9), Natick, MA, 01760.
