A small regional group of Mexican restaurants will be expanding further into the local area, opening its first dining spot within the Boston city limits.
According to an article from Caught in Southie, Ocho Cafe is planning to open in South Boston, moving into the space on West Broadway that had been home to Purple Shell, and before that, Stephi's in Southie. Once it opens, the new location of Ocho will join others locally in Weymouth, Plymouth, and Westford along with another in West Hartford. (Ed note: There are two Ocho websites, including one for Weymouth, Plymouth, and West Hartford while the Westford location has its own website.)
The address for the upcoming location of Ocho Cafe in Southie is 11 West Broadway, South Boston, MA, 02127.
