Last week, it was reported that a Mexican restaurant in downtown Boston was facing a possible closure, and now we have learned that it will continue in operation.
According to a Facebook post, Villa Mexico on Water Street is going to stay open, with owner Julie King saying that "we could get some personal loans and we could pay our rent that we owed...we are going to stay here...we are doing our best to keep open, but we need you....I will be waiting with my open arms to welcome you as usual and to tell you thank you thank you thank you because if it is not because of you, we would not be here."
