Three South Shore restaurants are going to be coming under new ownership, and it isn't known exactly what changes (if any) might be coming to any of them.
According to Facebook posts from the three businesses, Mia Regazza in Abington and Marshfield and Stockholders in Weymouth are all going to be changing ownership, with the owners of the former stating that they are planning to retire and transferring ownership to an unnamed owner while the owners of the latter will be transferring ownership back to the Hynes Restaurant Group, which previously ran it. It appears that the two Mia Regazza locations and Stockholders will remain open, though it is unsure as to what changes might come to the dining spots.
The two Mia Regazza locations are known for their Italian food while Stockholders is an upscale steak and seafood place. [Ed note: There doesn't appear to be any ownership connection between Mia Regazza and Stockholders.]
