Ten Tables to Contract; Grass Fed to Expand

The person behind Ten Tables and Grass Fed is going to be shrinking the former back to just one location while expanding the latter.

Eater Boston is reporting that Krista Kranyak is in the process of selling the Cambridge location of Ten Tables (it is going to become a new spot called Homage Bistro), with the Provincetown location already being sold, making the original Jamaica Plain location the only one left. Meanwhile, she is looking to open "several more" branches of Grass Fed, which currently has one location in Jamaica Plain. It is not known exactly where the Grass Fed locations will be, or when they might open, so keep checking back for updates.

[UPDATE: Ten Tables in Cambridge remains in business, with plans to sell the place falling through.]

The original Ten Tables, which is a tiny New American restaurant on Centre Street in JP, opened approximately ten years ago, while the burger bar Grass Fed first opened on Centre Street in 2012.
