According to a message from one of our readers on the hiddenboston Twitter page, Salsa's in Hingham is no longer in business, with a phone call placed to their other restaurant in South Boston (which remains in operation) confirming that the Route 3A location has indeed shuttered. It appears that the Hingham dining spot may have closed around the end of June or early in July, though no exact date was given.
Salsa's featured such items as nachos, guacamole, tortilla soup, chili, tacos, burritos, chimichangas, enchiladas, quesadillas, carne asada, mole poblano, and Acapulco sea bass.
The address for this now-closed Mexican restaurant in Hingham was: Salsa's, 211 Lincoln Street (Route 3A), Hingham, MA, 02043. The website for the remaining location on Dorchester Street in South Boston can be found at http://www.salsasmexican.com/
