According to a source within the restaurant industry, A&B Burgers in Beverly is making plans to open in Amesbury, taking over the space on Main Street where No. 8 Kitchen & Spirits had been. Our source says that the deal has not been finalized as of yet, but it appears to be close to being completed.
A&B Burgers first opened in Salem in December of 2013, moving from a 200-year-old jail complex on St. Peter Street to its present home on Cabot Street in Beverly early this year. The restaurant offers burgers, small plates, salads, sandwiches, larger meals, adult milkshakes, and more.
