The Phantom Gourmet BBQ Beach Party will have a bit of a twist this year, with two parties being held over the course of two separate weekends.
The first event will be held at the MGM Grand at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Ledyard, CT, from Friday, June 19 to Sunday, June 21, with the hours being 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM each day. Tickets to get into the event are $5 for a limited time, and $10 at the door. (Food and drinks are not included in the ticket price.)
Participants at the Foxwoods beach party include Aussom Aussie BBQ from Australia, Cowboys Barbeque and Rib Co. and Joey's Texas Thunder BBQ, both from Texas, Porky n' Beans from Florida, Willingham's from Tennessee, Jack's Down Home Barbecue from Pennsylvania, Johnson's Bar-B-Que from Virginia, and Firefly's Bar-B Que from the Boston area.
A second BBQ Beach Party will be held at Suffolk Downs in East Boston the following weekend, from June 26 to June 28.
