Latest Review: Tavern at the End of the World, Charlestown
The latest review on the Boston's Hidden Restaurants Web site is for Tavern at the End of the World, a restaurant and bar in Charlestown, MA. Located on Cambridge Street near Sullivan Square and the Somerville border, Tavern at the End of the World is a bit away from the rest of Charlestown in an area not known for its dining spots. The menu features a mix of pub grub and American fare, and the beer list is quite impressive, with a number of microbrews and imports featured. The place has a bar area in the front and a dining room in the back, with the latter having a projection TV and occasional entertainment in the form of live music.
