Chowda Day Coming to Legal Sea Foods

To celebrate their 60th birthday (and to honor National Soup Month), Legal Sea Foods is going to make Tuesday, January 20, 2010 "Chowda Day," with all locations of the popular seafood restaurant (except airport locations) offering cups of clam chowder for 60 cents with the purchase of any entree.

Legal Sea Foods started out in 1950, opening a fish market on Hampshire Street in the Inman Square section of Cambridge. Today, the Boston-based chain has more than 30 restaurants along the East Coast, with more than half of them in Eastern Massachusetts.
