Latest Review: Fiorella's, Newton
The latest review on the Boston's Hidden Restaurants Web site is for an Italian restaurant in Newton called Fiorella's. Located in a semi-industrial section of the city across from a cemetery near the Watertown and Waltham borders, Fiorella's seems to be in a rather unlikely spot for a restaurant. The inside of the place is centered around a vast open kitchen that includes a wood-fired oven, with the main dining area set off mostly to the right of the kitchen. Fiorella's features mainly Southern Italian food, with a number of red sauce dishes, and it also offers wood-fired pizza from the brick oven.
