A dinner event to benefit an organization working to end childhood hunger is coming to Boston in mid-April.
The 13th annual Share Our Strength's Operation Frontline benefit, which will be held on Monday, April 12 at Tremont 647 in the South End, will feature food from some of the best chefs in the Boston area and beyond, complete with hors d'oeuvres, a five-course meal, two desserts, and a special take-away dessert from the restaurant. Some of the chefs participating include Andy Husbands, Izzy Sarto, and Kat Craddock of Tremont 647, Gordon Hamersley of Hamersley's Bistro, Joanne Chang of Myers + Chang, Jay Silva of Bambara, Josh Ziskin of La Morra, and guests from New York City and Chicago.
Tickets to the event, which begins at 6:00 PM, are $125 and will directly benefit Operation Frontline, which helps connects families with food by teaching them how to prepare healthy, tasty meals on a limited budget.
