A Maine-based microbrewery is expanding its small chain of restaurants into the Boston area this summer. According to a post on the Wicked Local blog, Sea Dog Brewing Company is going to be opening a Sea Dog Pub at the Sunset Marina in Hull. This will be the fourth of its kind to open, with the other locations all being in Maine (Bangor, Topsham, and South Portland).
Based on the menu posted on the Sea Dog website, it looks like the upcoming Sea Dog Pub in Hull will feature pub grub, seafood, and American classics, with possible menu items being chicken wings, nachos, chili, lobster bisque, fried clams, chicken parmesan, crab-stuffed haddock, seafood paella, New York sirloin, pulled pork sliders, burgers, cheesesteak, pastrami, and shrimp rolls. The Wicked Local article also states that the new location will have at least six Sea Dog beers on tap, though they will be brought in from Maine, rather than being brewed within the restaurant itself.
Wicked Local mentions that the Sea Dog Pub in Hull is looking to open on June 9. [June 28 update: The Sea Dog Pub in Hull is now open.]
