Guacaholics Anonymous Coming to Fenway Cantina July 28, 2010

An event for lovers of a particular type of Mexican food is coming to the Fenway neighborhood of Boston later this month. Guacaholics Anonymous will be held at the Fenway Cantina on Boylston Street on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and it will feature guacamole from several area restaurants, including Anna's Taqueria, Dorado Tacos and Cemitas, El Pelon Taqueria, Fenway Cantina, Ole, Poe's Kitchen, and Zocalo.

The event will be raising money for a few local organizations (Community Servings, Lovin' Spoonful, Share our Strength).

Ticket prices for Guacaholics Anonymous are $10.00 (plus a $1.54 fee), with guests receiving a complimentary Patron Citronge Margarita and a sampling of several different types of guacamole. Tickets can be purchased at http://guacanon.eventbrite.com/
