According to a poster on the Chowhound site, Cafe Casal has reopened on Cambridge Street on the eastern edge of the square (about three blocks east of Prospect Street). The eatery, which had closed in 2009, looks like it will continue to feature a mix of Portuguese and Brazilian breads, pastries, and snacks, as well as American pastries and coffee, according to the poster.
