International Chocolate Day is September 13, 2010, and the Bristol Lounge, which is within the Four Seasons Hotel on Boylston Street across from the Public Garden, will be featuring a dessert buffet presented by Newbury Street's Hotel Chocolat. The buffet will include such items as cocktail truffles, caramel cubes, cocoa powdered Brazil nuts, miniature marshmallows, and toffee, with folks from Hotel Chocolat on hand to help out and answer any questions. In addition to the buffet, chocolate martinis will also be offered.
Other Boston-area restaurants and shops will certainly be participating in International Chocolate Day, so keep checking back for updates.
