Anemochory Is Bringing "Underground" Dining to the Boston Area

A series of "underground" dining experiences are on their way to the Boston area and beyond, with the first event coming in June.

An email sent to us indicates that Anemochory is bringing the concept of the underground restaurant to the area, featuring multi-course prix fixe meals using locally-sourced organic ingredients. Both the location and the entertainment provided will change with each event, with the objective being to provide tasty meals while discussing the the cultural, social, ethical, and political implications of food. The events are by invitation only, with Anemochory gathering emails from interested folks to add to their mailing list.

In addition to several dinners in the Boston area (where the group is based), Anemochory events will be coming to Martha's Vineyard, New York, and Los Angeles this year.

[October 26 update: An email sent by Anemochory indicates that they will be having one last event in the Boston area on Friday, November 4 before heading to Los Angeles for the winter. (They don't expect to be back in Boston until the spring of 2012 at the earliest.)]
