Mass. Ave. Pita Opens in Boston's Back Bay

The people behind a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern restaurant in Boston's South End have just opened a second spot, this one being on the edge of the Back Bay.

According to Adam's Hospitality and Tourism Industry Blog, Mass. Ave. Pita is now open on Massachusetts Avenue (between Westland Avenue and Boylston Street), moving into the space where Bon Bon Cafe used to be. Based on the menu at the original South End Pita on Albany Street, the new Mass. Ave. Pita will likely feature such items as stuffed grape leaves, falafel, hummus, tabouli, chicken shawarma, and kafta.
