A Cape Cod restaurant that has been in business for a quarter century has won this year's Chowderfest in Boston.
According to the Boston Harborfest website, Clancy's in Dennisport was the winner of the 30th annual Chowderfest, which took place on City Hall Plaza Sunday, July 3. Clancy's beat out five other participants, including Anthem Kitchen and Bar at Faneuil Hall, which came in second place, and the Ipswich Clambake Company in Ipswich, which was awarded third place. Other participants included the Chart House, Jerry Remy's, and Mr. Dooley's Boston Tavern.
Clancy's is located at 8 Upper County Road, which is between Route 6 and Route 28 in Dennisport.
