An ice cream truck based in New York City is going set up a pop-up ice cream shoppe on Cape Cod this month, and it will actually be located at the site of a pop-up restaurant.
An email sent to us indicates that The Big Gay Ice Cream Truck is going to be having a pop-up ice cream event at Adrian's Restaurant in North Truro on Friday, August 19 from 1:00 PM until the ice cream runs out. Adrian's website mentions that the shoppe will be offering several toppings for their soft-serve ice cream, including wasabi pea dust, Nilla Wafers, Dulce de Leche, and olive oil and sea salt.
