A new restaurant has opened along the northern edge of Downtown Crossing in Boston, and it looks like it is focusing mainly on salads and sandwiches.
According to a poster on the Chowhound site, Eat Kitchen is now open for business on Washington Street (about a block south of State Street and Court Street), though the poster mentioned that as of late last week, it appeared to be more of a very quiet soft opening. The restaurant's Twitter page states that Eat Kitchen is a salad and sandwich shop, while an earlier Boston Herald page said that the restaurant was expected to be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
At the present time, there does not appear to be a website for Eat Kitchen, and its Twitter page does not have much activity. If you are thinking of checking the place out, it may be best to get in touch with them first via Twitter at http://twitter.com/#!/EatKitchen, as their Twitter page also displays their email address.
The address for this new eatery in downtown Boston is: Eat Kitchen, 260 Washington Street, Boston, MA, 02108.
