A new Greek restaurant has opened southwest of Boston, replacing a cafe that had been in business for more than 17 years.
According to their Facebook page, The Feisty Greek is now open at the corner of Vanderbilt Avenue and Route 1 in Norwood, taking over the spot where the Orchard Cafe used to be (the owners of the new restaurant also ran the now-closed Orchard Cafe). It looks like The Feisty Greek is a fast-casual dining spot with Greek, Mediterranean, and American dishes, including such items as roasted lemon potatoes, spinach rice, falafel, stuffed grape leaves, tabouli, hummus, pork gyros, kabob wraps, burgers, pastitsio, mousaka, lamb chops, and Greek sausage. Desserts include baklava and rice pudding, while drinks include Greek iced coffee and cappuccino.
The Feisty Greek is open for both lunch and dinner, with hours being 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
The address for this new Greek restaurant in Norwood is: The Feisty Greek, 36 Vanderbilt Avenue, Norwood, MA 02062. The phone number is (781) 769-1982. And their website can be found at http://www.thefeistygreek.com/
