A sausage competition is coming to an East Cambridge restaurant in November, and it will feature some of the Boston area's best chefs.
According to Grub Street Boston, Dante on Edwin H Land Boulevard (near the Museum of Science and the Charles River) will be hosting "Sausage Fest ," a cook-off that will take place November 20 on the restaurant's patio. The lineup for this event will include Dante de Magistris from Dante, Jamie Bissonnette from Coppa in the South End, Evan Deluty from Stella in the South End, Louis DiBiccari from Storyville in the Back Bay, Mary Dumont from Harvest in Harvard Square, Tiffani Faison from the upcoming Sweet Cheeks in the Fenway area, William Kovel from Cataylst in Kendall Square, Colin Lynch from Menton in the Fort Point District, Marc Orfaly from Pigalle in the Theatre District, Brian Poe from the Rattlesnake in the Back Bay, and Patricia Yeo from OM in Harvard Square.
Tickets to Sausage Fest cost $20, and can be ordered by calling Dante at (617) 497-4200.
