A Boston-based Vietnamese food truck and a Chinese fusion restaurant in Cambridge's Inman Square are going to be teaming up to host a picnic dinner in the heart of downtown Boston. On Wednesday, July 25, Bon Me and East by Northeast (ExNE) will be having a picnic at the Rings Fountain on the Rose Kennedy Greenway (by the Milk Street intersection, just west of the New England Aquarium). The $15 dinner, which goes from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, will include a house-made chilled soup shooter, a classic Bon Me Sandwich fused with an East by Northeast filling (with a vegetarian option being available), a seasonal vegetable side, and a sweet dessert.
