A watering hole in Waltham whose steak tips were considered by some to be among the best in the Boston area is going to be closing its doors later this week. The Brand New Watch blog of Wicked Local is
reporting that Sadie's Saloon and Eatery on Pine Street (just off Moody Street) is planning to shut down on Friday, October 19 after being in business for 22 years. The article mentions that the owner (John Ratta) has not gone into specific details about why the place is closing, though it does appear that the shaky economy may have been one factor.
