On Monday, January 28 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Ginger Explosion 4 will be held at P.A.'s Lounge on Somerville Avenue, with the event including samplings of ginger-based food dishes and ginger cocktails. Participants this year include Dosa N Curry, Mei Mei Street Food, Roxy's Grilled Cheese, and Staff Meal, along with Domaine de Canton (which will be involved with the ginger cocktails).
Tickets to the event cost $13, with proceeds helping to support the Somerville Arts Council's ArtsUnion project, which helps increase the cultural economic development of Somerville's Union Square neighborhood.
