Esquire's Best New Restaurants List Includes Blue Dragon, Bronwyn

A popular men's magazine has posted its top 20 picks for new dining spots in the United States for 2013, and a couple of Boston-area restaurants have been included.

According to the new slideshow/article, Esquire Magazine has picked Blue Dragon in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood and Bronwyn in the Union Square section of Somerville as two of the best new restaurants in the country. Some of the items mentioned for each restaurant by the magazine include Japanese sweet-potato chips, curls of pork tail, and salt-and-pepper shrimp for the former, and Bavarian pretzels, beer soup with a cheddar-cheese kreplach, and jagerschnitzel for the latter.

Other new restaurants picked by Esquire include The Elm in Brooklyn, Juni in Manhattan, and Del Campo in Washington, DC.
