According to a post on its Facebook page, Massimo's Ristorante is planning to reopen in Wakefield on September 12. The dining spot had been located on Pleasant Street in Malden until closing its doors in the fall of 2013. There was talk that Massimo's might move back to Everett (it had resided there before moving to Malden) or possibly Revere, but it eventually found a new home on Centre Street behind Wakefield Center, apparently moving into the space where Porchai's Thai Cuisine had been.
The Facebook post says that Massimo's will be opening without a liquor license, though it does plan to have a license by sometime in October.
