Brickstone Cafe Is Opening in Arlington Center

It looks like a new dining spot is on its way to the northwest suburbs of Boston.

The Arlington Advocate is reporting that Brickstone Cafe is going to be opening on Broadway in the center of town, taking over the space where Ripples hair salon had been. The article says that the new eatery--which will have seating for nearly 20--will be open for lunch and dinner daily and it will offer Italian items (including pizza) as well as Mediterranean fare. No opening date for Brickstone Cafe has been given at this point in time.

[October 1 update: Eater Boston states that Brickstone Cafe could be opening around October 10 (depending on how final inspections go), and that it will have a wood-fired oven for its pizza and other items.]

[November 6 update: A brief post in this week's Arlington Advocate mentions that Brickstone Cafe planned to open its doors yesterday.]

The address for this new dining spot in Arlington Center is: Brickstone Cafe, 309 Broadway, Arlington, MA, 02474.
