FoMu to Open Satellite Location in Cambridge's Inman Square

A pair of vegan ice cream shops in Allston and Jamaica Plain (and soon, a third in Boston's South End) will be joined by a temporary "pop-up" location in Cambridge.

According to an article in Boston Magazine, FoMu is taking over the space in Inman Square where Union Square Donuts had been for the past two months, and before that, a retail shop of Grillo's Pickles. (The space is owned by Clover, which has a shop next door.) The post says that the satellite location of the ice cream shop--which debuts on Tuesday, May 3--will be takeout only, with eight to ten rotating flavors of vegan ice cream available, and that it will remain in the space for three months. (The Boston Globe confirms this last bit of information, saying that it will run through July.)

Another location of FoMu looks to open on Tremont Street in the South End this month as well.

The address for the satellite location of FoMu in Inman Square is 1075 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA, 02139. The website for the business can be found at http://www.fomuicecream.com/
