According to its website, VERTS Mediterranean Grill is planning to open in the Back Bay, with the address indicating that the dining spot will move into a space on Boylston Street that is across from Copley Square. Once it opens, the new eatery will join another location on Summer Street in the Financial District, which opened this past November.
VERTs is a fast-casual concept that focuses on "fresh and customizable" Mediterranean fare, including such items as salads, bowls, and pitas.
