A local group of pizza spots will be opening its first location in the western suburbs of Boston.
According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, Lisa's Family Pizzeria is planning to open in Belmont, taking over the space on Trapelo Road where Thyago's Pizza had been. Once it opens, the new pizza place will join others in Dracut, Medford, Melrose, Tewksbury, Wakefield, and Woburn, and based on those locations, expect to see such items as Italian thin-crust pizza along with soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta dishes, calzones, and grill items.
The address for this new pizza spot in Belmont is: Lisa's Family Pizzeria, 368 Trapelo Road, Belmont, MA, 02478. The website for all locations of Lisa's can be found at http://www.lisasfamilypizzeria.com/
[February 19 update: The Medford Transcript states that Lisa's Family Pizzeria is now open in Belmont.]
