A Colorado-based chain of burger spots has opened its very first location in Boston proper.
As reported here earlier, Smashburger is now open on Boylston Street in the Back Bay/Copley Square section of the city, with a Facebook post from the place indicating that it is open for takeout and delivery for now. The new location of the chain joins others in Attleboro, Medford, Natick, Plainville, and Westwood.
Denver-based Smashburger, which first started out in 2007, features meatball-shaped patties that are "smashed" on the grill.
