Black Jack Pasta Kitchen in Boston's South End Has Closed

It looks like a pasta spot in the South End of Boston has shut down for good.

According to several sources, Black Jack Pasta Kitchen on Washington Street is no longer in business, with a tweet from @bennyjet34 posting a photo showing a sign out front that says "permanently closed" (other sources have mentioned this sign as well over the past several days). Black Jack Pasta Kitchen first opened in the former Morse Fish space last summer, with the dining spot having a connection to Black Jack Pasta Bar, a Fenway eatery that closed for good in early 2018.

In addition to a variety of pasta dishes, Black Jack also offered such options as salads, wings, garlic bread, sausage, and calamari.

The address for the now-closed Black Jack Pasta Kitchen was 1401 Washington Street, Boston, MA, 02118.
