House of Siam to Close Its Tremont Street Location in Boston's South End

A pair of highly-rated South End restaurants will soon be down to just one, as the smaller location will be shutting down.

According to an article from boston.com, House of Siam on Tremont Street is closing on Saturday, October 17, with the original location on Columbus Avenue remaining in operation. An employee who told boston.com about the closure did not mention why the newer outlet was shutting down, and it is not known what might be going into the space at this point in time so keep checking back for updates.

Both locations of House of Siam are known for their classic Thai fare, with the website for the business saying that they have won four "Best Of Boston" awards from Boston Magazine over the years. The Tremont Street outlet first opened in 2008, ten years after the Columbus Avenue location debuted.

The address for House of Siam on Tremont Street is 592 Tremont Street, Boston, MA, 02118. The website for the business can be found at https://houseofsiamboston.com/
