A brand new Mexican restaurant with Salvadorean influences has very quietly opened in Cambridge.
According to a tweet from @TroySch1, Paco's Mexican Grill is now open on Cambridge Street, taking over a space a bit east of Inman Square and across from the new Valente Library. The menu for the new eatery includes burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, tortas, guacamole, tamales, empanadas, and taquitos, along with entrees such as slow-cooked marinated lamb, pork carnitas and house-made chorizo, and flame-broiled marinated chicken breast.
The address for Paco's Mexican Grill is 847 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA, 02141. Its website can be found at https://www.pacosmexicangrill.com/
