The second of three concepts from a well-known local chef and restaurateur is getting ready to open in Cambridge.
According to a press release, The Lexington debuts on Wednesday, November 11 at Cambridge Crossing in East Cambridge, with the place being a restaurant and cocktail bar in a building called The Shed and including a rooftop terrace. The new place joins Cafe Beatrice, an all-day cafe that Will Gilson opened last month, while a third spot from Gilson called Geppetto will feature Italian food and plans to open in 2021.
Will Gilson also operates Puritan & Co. in the Inman Square section of Cambridge., which is a bit of Cambridge Crossing, a new development near where Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston meet.
