A popular North End restaurant is the latest place to announce that it is closing for the winter.
According to a tweet from @Steve_O_McN, Monica's Trattoria on Prince Street has gone into hibernation as of early December, with a sign out front saying that the closure is "Due to COVID and the COVID restrictions of the state of Massachusetts and the City of Boston." A message sent from Vinoteca di Monica & Monica's Pasta Shop on Richmond Street confirms that Monica's Trattoria has indeed shut down for the winter and that it plans to reopen in the spring. (Vinoteca di Monica & Monica's Pasta Shop and Monica Mercato on Salem Street will remain open this winter.)
The address for Monica's Trattoria is 67 Prince Street #1827, Boston, MA, 02113.
