A growing group of pizzerias specializing in gourmet thin-crust pies will be expanding further into the local area, with a new one on its way to the North Shore.
According to a tweet, OTTO Pizza is planning to open in Beverly, with a page within the city's website indicating that it will be moving into a space on Rantoul Street in the downtown section of the community. Once it opens, the new location will join others in Andover, Arlington, Boston's South End, the Boston/Brookline line (by BU), Brookline's Coolidge Corner, Cambridge's Harvard Square, Lynnfield, Newburyport, and South Boston as well as a handful of locations in Maine, where it started out.
If all goes as planned, OTTO hopes to open in Beverly sometime in October.
