It looks like a bakery in Medford may be expanding to a space a few miles to the north.
According to a message sent by Richard Auffrey of The Passionate Foodie, Colette Bakery Cafe is planning to open in Melrose, with a sign being up for the place at a storefront on Main Street in the downtown area. Based on the logo shown in the window, this is the same Colette that resides on Main Street in South Medford, moving into the former Italo space in the spring of 2020. Based on that location, the new store could feature pastries, baked goods, and desserts, all with French influences.
