Frank in Beverly Has Closed for the Time Being; Future of Restaurant Unknown

A North Shore dining spot that has a well-known local restaurateur behind it has shuttered, and it isn't known what might become of the place.

Based on information from a source, a Facebook poster who works at the place, and a now-deleted post from the business itself, Frank in Beverly is closed for the time being, and it looks like owner Frank McClelland is planning to do some sort of restructuring with the hope being to open back up at some point. No reason has been given for its closure, nor is it known what changes could be coming if/when it does reopen, so stay tuned for updates.

Frank first opened its doors in 2019, a year after McClelland closed L'Espalier in the Back Bay of Boston; in addition to the Beverly restaurant, McClelland also runs Frankie's Fat Tomatoes at Hub Hall by Boston's North Station.

The address for Frank is 110 Rantoul Street, Beverly, MA, 01915. Its website is at https://farmtofrank.com/
