Bob's Southern Bistro, a soul-food restuarant and jazz club, is closing down. An upscale restaurant and lounge will be taking its place, probably opening sometime in December.
Bob's, which used to be known as Bob the Chef's, will be renamed Night Town, according to the Boston Globe. The new restaurant will concentrate on American cuisine, and they will feature a variety of entertainment.
