Taste of Fort Point Channel Coming to Boston on Thursday, June 10, 2010

A lunch event is coming to Boston tomorrow, and it won't cost a dime to join in on the fun.

An email sent to us by RedWhiteBoston.com states that the 6th Annual Taste of Fort Point Channel will be held at Children's Wharf Park on Fort Point Channel (between Congress Street and Seaport Boulevard next to Boston Children's Museum). Local restaurants participating in the event including Aura, Flour, Sportello, and Sushi Teq. Live music will be provided at Taste of Fort Point Channel, and the Piers Park Sailing Center is going to provide free sailboat rides during the event.

Taste of Fort Point Channel begins at 12:00 PM and lasts until 1:30 PM. (If the weather is bad, the rain date will be Friday, June 11, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM.)
