A culinary event that raises money for New England's largest AIDS service organization returns to Boston in March.
A note sent to us from the AIDS Action Committee (AAC) indicates that the 2011 Taste of the South End will be held on Tuesday, March 8 at the Boston Center for the Arts Cyclorama on Tremont Street. The event, which runs from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, will feature foods from more than 40 area restaurants, along with cooking demonstrations, beer and wine tasting, and a silent auction and raffle.
Tickets to Taste of the South End cost $95 ($150 for VIP admission), with proceeds going to the AIDS Action Committee.
The Cyclorama at the Boston Center for the Arts can be found at 539 Tremont Street (between Berkeley Street and Clarendon Street).
